Our Bolo Bao IPA, that pays tribute to this iconic treat, is generously hopped with citra, vic secret and sabro giving hints of tropical flavours of coconut and pineapple. With heavy additions of wheat and oats along with our regular use of suprlus Bolo Bao gives a smooth mouthfeel and small additions of lactose and vanilla give this 6.3% IPA an easy drinking reminder of that famous street food.
